Please note that due to BREXIT and the recent Coronavirus outbreak, we recommend expecting a delay of up to 25 working days in receiving your order.
Orders are usually delivered within 5-20 working days depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 25 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
KickTrix will endeavour to deliver the Product within 4 working days of order acceptance. If multiple Products are ordered, KickTrix reserves the right to deliver each product separately.
KickTrix will take reasonable steps to meet the delivery date set out on the order. However, occasionally delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control and so cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for deliveries to non-UK mainland.
Risk of loss and damage of goods passes to you on delivery.
Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive payment in full or all sums due for the goods, including delivery charges.
Products will be delivered either to your delivery address or possession. The risk of loss or damage to the products will pass to you at the moment the Products are delivered to you.
If delivery to you should fail for any reason outside of KickTrix’s control, KickTrix reserves the right to cancel the agreement and refund any monies paid.
It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery.
In case you observe damage or missing items, you must notify and file a claim with the carrier and inform KickTrix with 14 days of receipt of the item/s. KickTrix shall in such a case provide you with identical replacement goods.
KickTrix is happy to refund purchases made from our website provided they are returned in a saleable and unused condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days and accompanied by proof of purchase. If you exercise your right to cancel after the goods have been delivered you will be responsible for returning them at your own cost.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Customers are responsible for obtaining proof of delivery and receipt of returned goods.
